At Tudo And Co, we want you to love your new home additions; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed RMA form inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
